Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time
Since I pour, sand and finish every lamp myself, please allow 3 to 6 days for your order to be made before it ships. Resin cures on its own schedule and I can't rush it without ruining the clarity.

2. Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes 6 to 8 days from the date your order ships, depending on your location and courier conditions. Most orders land within 9 to 14 days of ordering. You get a tracking number the moment it leaves me.

3. Shipping Delays ⚠️
Please note: due to increased shipping volumes, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances, minor delays may occasionally occur. I always strive to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible and truly appreciate your patience in such cases.
